| DD2 | Centreline Dimension | c:pjg:dim_lin_2 |
| LE | Leader | c:pjg:leader |
Draws a linear dimension in required layer. Layer is determined by reading the yerfdog.ini file, section Layer_Dimensions. Dimensions are drawn in the current dimension style.
Used for drawing dimensions to points midway between two objects, e.g. centrelines of walls. User is required to pick two points for the start of each dimension line, then the node point is taken as midway between each. If the two points coincide, e.g. at a grid line, then simply pick the same point twice.

Command sequence:
Command: dd2
Pick 11 defpoint: pick first point of first defpoint
Pick 12 defpoint: pick second point of first defpoint
Pick 21 defpoint: pick first point of second defpoint
Pick 22 defpoint: pick second point of second defpoint
Specify dimension line location: do so
Draws a leader object in required layer. Layer is determined by reading the yerfdog.ini file, section Layer_Leaders. Leaders are drawn in the current dimension style.
If the leader arrow does not appear, check that:
1 - there is enought space on the leader line for the arrow to fit. Try
drawing a longer leader. OR
2 - the dimscale system variable is set to the correct value. Typically,
if you are working on a 1:100 scale drawing, dimscale should be set to 100.
Leader can have up to seven line segments. If more than this are entered, an error message "Too many segments for point list " results.
